Job Description
About the role
Mary Potter Hospice is seeking a creative and multi-talented Assistant Shop Manager to join our Paraparaumu Hospice Shop on a fixed-term, three-month contract. This is a varied role where you will work closely with the Shop Manager to help lead and develop a diverse team of volunteers, while supporting all aspects of running a high-performing retail store. The role is for 4 hours per week, worked on Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Be an extremely motivated and creative individual, and truly passionate about sustainable retail
Be comfortable with using technology
Look for ways to improve and grow the business and inspire our valued volunteers
Have excellent communication skills
Be very people-focused and enjoy being part of a close-knit team environment.
Hourly Rate:
$28,95 per hour
