Job Description
About the role
Mary Potter Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to join our Porirua-based community team. As we transition to a more centralised model, our single multidisciplinary team—coordinated from our Porirua base—will support patients from Wellington to Kāpiti. This is a part-time position for 32 hours.
In these deeply rewarding roles, you’ll provide specialist palliative care to people with life-limiting illnesses, helping them maintain the best possible quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
NZ Registered Nurse with current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Ideally, palliative care experience (two years post-registration) or community nursing experience, though we provide training for the right candidate.
NZ residency or a valid work visa.
